Fast, Healthy Comfort Food Recipes
One Dish Skillet Polish Kielbasa Over Rice

| Recipe : | 1 (16 ounce) package Hilshire Farms Turkey Polska Kielbasa cut into 1/2 inch sections 1 Onion sliced and diced 2 Bell Peppers (any color) sliced and diced 1 cup Classico Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto 1 cup Heinz Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup cooking spray 1 package Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Brown Ready Rice (prepared according to package instructions) 1. MIX Pesto and Ketchup; set aside. 2. SPRAY nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add Kielbasa; cook on medium heat 5 minutes stirring occasionally. 3. Add peppers and onion and cook an additional 7 - 10 minutes. 3. Just before removing from the heat add Pesto and Ketchup stirring until well mixed and sauce is heated. 4. Serve over rice. |
